HBM Certified is for agencies, treatment centers, and facilities ready to be part of the infrastructure underneath the directory. Beyond a listing, certified partners integrate into the voucher engine and generate audit-ready records aligned with Medicaid reimbursement codes (H0038, CoCM 99484), WIOA workforce funding, and Perkins V — operating inside the orchestration core that turns service delivery into reimbursable, reportable outcomes.
